Thanks for the concise and helpful information here! It's nice to find a place were regular people and practitioners can get facts and references that can help them make health decisions.

Unfortunately, Google searches for supplements seem to lead to sites that are trying to sell product, not sites that are looking to educate.

So thanks for making the effort to keep us informed and up-to-date on what's what in the world of health and supplements.
