At a recent conference on the concept of “beauty from within,” someone asked me what I do for my skin? Was it some expensive elixir? Was it a regular trip to the spa? I didn’t have an answer because I do very little for my skin, at least on the outside. I wash with a gently cleanser and use a serum that claims to diminish those pesky fine lines (I am not sure that it works), but most of all I wear a hat and sunscreen and I eat foods and take supplements rich in antioxidants. Lately, since living on a farm, I even wear clothes with sunscreen.
